Selling food online on Amazon at a European level presents significant logistical challenges (Amazon Pan-European program, heavy weights, and product expiration dates) that increased product costs and difficulted a good online performance.

The solution

Opening up new European markets

BAMBÚ helped us to understand the importance of shipping directly to each international market, and select those markets that are more profitable for us (Spain, France, Italy, Germany). That way we were able to control the logistics much better. Additionally, Amazon has been helpful to improve international brand awareness. Indeed, we have been contacted by distributors interested in representing our brand.

Consolidate sales in each new international market and make them grow.

Now we need to boost sales across the four channels through positioning strategies and the tools that BAMBÚ offers for digital business analysis. This will allow us to discover products that are not currently in our catalog but that we deem viable for selling.
